The Metro Group receives a loan of 20 million dollars

For the construction of the Costa Blanca

BREAKING NEWS : Juan Dolio.- The Metro Group, one of the leading companies in real estate and transportation in the Dominican Republic has received a construction loan for 20 million dollars from the Reservas Bank of the Dominican Republic for the project Costa Blanca.

This is a residential complex with upscale golf course and beach, located in the area of Juan Dolio.

With construction already underway, this loan will be used to Founder Residences and around Costa Blanca.

Mr. Jose Luis Asilis, President of Metro Group, said The 52 founders residences are progressing rapidly. The golf course Greg Norman Signature Gold 18-hole is also progressing rapidly.

Costa Blanca extends over 580 hectares along the beach of Juan Dolio, and is located only 20 minutes from the international air port of Santo Domingo. This is a project exceeding 1 billion dollars, which will offer luxury residences, a shopping center, a marina, a golf course of 18 holes, private beach and other sport facilities.

The administrator of Banreservas Daniel Toribio said that the loan will support the strengthening of the real estate sector in the Dominican Republic, especially in the field of tourism.
