The XI British Golf Cup will take place march 7th in the Metro Country Club golf course in Juan Dolio, with the participation of famous golf players.

The details of the event were revealed during a press conference offered by Roberto Herrera, president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Dominican Republic, entity that organizes the championship.

During the meeting organized with the journalists, Herrera thanked The Shell Company, for its support since the first edition of the tournament, in 1998.

He thanked too the Propagas and Seguros Universal, as well as the San Pedro de Macorís electricity company (CESPM), Generadora Palamara La Vega, Coca Cola, Agua Dasani, Banco Popular, Diageo Dominicana, Ege Haina, Blindatech, Diario Libre, Álvarez & Sánchez, Hugo Boss, La Aurora and Miller.

The cost of the inscription is 3.500 pesos and includes breakfast, drinks, a playing bag, lunch and the prizes.

Herrera said the presence of the best golf players of the country is awaited.
