The Club Residences Collection presents its first phase

A unique Project of villas near by Juan Dolio

BREAKING NEWS : Juan Dolio.- The Group Nolan, S.A., the promoter and implementing of The club residence collection, located in Guavaberry Resort and Country club, realised has done a meeting for formal delivery of the corresponding villas, and now they have their first phase with the project owners.

The event was headed by the main promoter executives, César J.Gutiérrez and Fernando J. Troconis, President and General Director respectivly.

The activity was to demonstrate to the partners, clients and friend their new and first phase of the model villa. They took good care of this project to maintain the relationship and the harmony with the people around them.

The first phase of the Project comprises 10 single-family villas with all the comfort of the modern life, private amenities and great endings Quality. Their services, green areas, their furthermore main entrance of the principal Project which was created with the best view on the golf, just designed for Gary Placer.

Right now, The club residence Collection – Guavaberry continues with the construction developments and it’s second phase consisting of 17 new fitness Villas. Delivery there of it’s expected from October 2009, till they start selling the third phase of the project.

The design of the Project was realised for the company GVA Dominican, S.A. Civilmek, S.A. was the first constructor for the first phase.
The construction of the second phase is in charge of Lexco, S.A. The Club Residence Collection also named their club The Club Residence Platinum.

The Nolan Group is going to rent the villas in the The Club Residence Collection.
