Metro Group invests US $250 million in the East

Juan Dolio is among the best places to live

BREAKING NEWS: Juan Dolio.- Metro Group’s president, Luis Jose Asilis, has reported that the company currently invests US $250 million, with prospects of reaching US $500 million.
Asilis pointed out that the area of greatest investment is Juan Dolio.

We are currently investing $35 million in an apartment tower called Las Olas, which is in Guayacanes, just before the entrance to Metro Country Club, on the beach in Marbella, we completed an investment of US $115 million and have already delivered 300 apartments, in Costa Blanca our current investment is US $100 million, and our ten year plan is to invest US $ 500 million.

Juan Dolio doesn t lack much. You have to keep and avoid suburbanization and the large number of construction workers who have migrated here, but we are working with the authorities, with the trustees, the governor, and the Politur and all we’re doing our best to keep Juan Dolio as aplace with a high quality of life.¨

The President of Metro Group stressed that investing in this area is a strategy.¨I understand that there are companies who specialize in La Romana , others in Punta Cana , and still others in the stretch from Las Terrenas to Samaná, but we prefer to put our efforts here, because we have been here since 1988, we know the land, the market conditions and the people who wish to be in this zone.I´m not interested in investing in any other area of the country.¨

METRO Group presents the progress of the project Las Olas

A project with 100% international capitalization

BREAKING NEWS: Juan Dolio.- Executives of Metro Real Estate Group held a meeting with partners, friends and associates to present the advances in the construction of the Las Olas real estate project, located in Juan Dolio.

Steve Ankrom, Vice President of Sales for the real estate company, explained that Las Olas is a unique project in the country, internationally capitalized on a one hundred percent basis and offers security services for the buyers, making it one of the best options for people who do not yet have an apartment facing one of the beaches in Juan Dolio.
